Job Summary

We are looking for proactive and self-driven Business Associates to identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support project conversions. This is a fully remote and flexible role, where earnings are entirely commission-based, tied to successful project closures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, outreach, and research
  • Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, or platforms like LinkedIn
  • Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate proposals and project discussions
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until conversion
  • Assist in closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients
  • Maintain basic records of leads and interactions (optional use of tools like HubSpot or Salesforce CRM)
