About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive to join our core operations team. You'll work across functions — coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the founding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interior project execution — timelines, vendor follow-ups, quality checks, and client updates
  • Manage and maintain the project pipeline using internal tools and trackers
  • Liaise with designers, contractors, material suppliers, and installation teams
  • Support client consultations — site visits, requirement gathering, and quotation preparation
  • Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, and performance tracking
  • Prepare MIS reports, project summaries, and operational dashboards
  • Assist in business development activities — builder meetings, partner outreach, and B2B presentations
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent)
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business development
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Interest in interior design, real estate, or home services is a strong plus

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to join our core operations team. This role involves cross-functional coordination across project execution, vendor management, and business development support. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and will work closely with the founding team, gaining high visibility and exposure.
